DELIVERY

All of the prices displayed on the website are exclusive of delivery.

Standard delivery pricing is to mainland England and Wales.

Standard delivery pricing is £150. Please contact us for quotations on deliveries outside of mainline England and Wales. This price covers upto 6 items in any single delivery to a single location. Note, delivery charge maybe higher if sold through third-party website or if delivery is outsourced to an external courier company, individual prices calculated at time of sale.

Smaller items (in both size and weight) can be sent via Royal Mail (or other courier) fully insured and at a charge of £50, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please contact us to verify if the item you desire qualifies for this delivery method.

There is no delivery charge if customers wish to pick up their purchases from our warehouse (or if you choose to arrange your own courier). In which case for co-ordination, please inform us of the proposed pick-up dates and times, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. The buyer (or their assigned courier) is responsible for securely packaging the items, if appropriately required for safe transportation.

RETURNS

We hope that you are more than happy with your purchases but should you wish to return any items, please inform us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned stock must be delivered within 14 days to our warehouse in the same condition it left us.

Customers are to arrange carriage for returned items and at their own cost. For co-ordination, please inform us of the proposed return dates and times, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. The purchaser (or their assigned courier) is responsible for securely packaging the items, if appropriately required for safe transportation.

We do not refund the original delivery cost, this amount will be deducted from refund total.
